近几天，摩托罗拉移动在北京的裁员方案引发被裁员工集体抗议，要求就赔偿金额等问题与公司进行对等协商。到本周二中午，摩托罗拉北京分公司就赔偿方案做出新的调整后，大部分员工均已签署离职协议。

Most of the laid-off employees of Motorola Mobility's Beijing branch agreed to sign labor termination agreements before a Tuesday deadline after the company agreed to boost their compensation, the company's China PR manager said.
摩托罗拉中国区公关经理表示，该公司同意提高赔偿金额之后，北京分公司的大部分被裁员工都已在周二的最后期限之前同意签署劳动合同终止协议。
Labor termination agreements就是“劳动合同终止协议”，也可用employment termination agreement表示。被裁员工获得的compensation(赔偿)包括housing allowance(住房补贴)和cash remitted for untaken statutory annual leave(未休法定年假现金补偿)。
此次摩托罗拉massive layoff(大规模裁员)在北京分公司就涉及700人。此前，员工对这种unilateral notice(单方面通知)的形式表示不满，要求跟公司进行consultation on an equal footing(对等协商)。
