重庆市人民政府原副市长、公安局原局长王立军涉嫌徇私枉法、叛逃、滥用职权、受贿犯罪一案，近日已由四川省成都市人民检察院依法向成都市中级人民法院提起公诉。

重庆市原副市长、公安局原局长王立军涉嫌徇私枉法、叛逃、滥用职权、受贿犯罪一案，已由成都市人民检察院提起公诉。
公诉的四项罪名分别为徇私枉法(bending the law for selfish ends)、叛逃(defection)、滥用职权(abuse of power/power abuse)，以及受贿(bribe-taking)。
检察机关指出，王立军在履行职务期间，without the approval of authorities (未经批准)或forging approval documents(伪造批准文件)，非法使用technical reconnaissance measures(技术侦察措施)。
