B: That's good to know. I think I need a bank account in your bank. What should I do in order to open a bank account? Is it possible for me to do that on line?

A: I'm afraid not. But you may register some relevant information and then come to the nearest branch to make your application complete. OK?

  B:OK.

A: Could you tell me how old are you, because only those who are over 18 years of age are eligible to open a bank account in our bank.

  B: I'm 21.

A: Good. What is your nationality?

B: I come from Guangdong, China. I come here to study.

A: May I have your name, please?

  B: Jiang Hong.

A: So, your family name Hong, right?

  B: October, 10th.

A: Do you have any contact information, such as your current phone number or your email address. It is even better if you could provide both.

B: Absolutely. My phone number is 1624 684 316 and my email address is jianghong_2011@hotmail.com. "jianghong" is one word, which is my full name and before 2011, there is an underscore.

A: OK,got it. One last question "Do you already have any bank account in our bank?"

B: No. It's my first time here in Britain.

A: Welcome to UK. I'm sure you will have a wonderful time here. About your application, the next step for you to do is…
