Emilio Vega, founder and chief executive of construction company Structural Prestressed Industries, has listed his 16,500-square-foot waterfront estate in Miami for $14.5 million.

In an email message, Ms. Quinn said she had not met the buyers but welcomed them to the neighborhood.

　　Now known as the Laird-Dunlop Coach House, the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home is one of the most prominent properties in Georgetown. In 1915, the home was bought by Abraham Lincoln's son, Robert Todd Lincoln, who served as secretary of war and as ambassador to the U.K. Mr. Lincoln lived there until his death in 1926.

He renovated the property to include a basement media room and added air-conditioning to the cabana by the pool. He declined to identify the seller, but according to public records it is financier John Rocchio. He paid $8.75 million for the larger lot and $2.47 million for the smaller lot, both in 2006. Mr. Rocchio is the co-founder of private equity firm Newstone Capital Partners. Mr. Rocchio couldn't be reached for comment.
