SEOUL, April 16 (Xinhua) -- A ship carrying 350 passengers aresinking off coast of Jindo, southwest of South Korea onWednesday and sent distress signals to the coast guard, localmedia reported.
The ship "SEWOL," departed from South Korea's Incheon for Jeju, was flooded with sea water andinclined over 20 degrees. Passengers are now waiting for rescue on the leaning ship, according tolocal TV station YTN.
