Dialogue 1

F:Where is the boss,I need him to sign a few of documents,I checked in his office,but he is not there,is he out of the office now?

M:Yes,today is Tuesday,so the boss went out to MBA seminar class,he is out of the office every Tuesday and Thursday mornings,and he has classes all day Saturday and Sunday.

F:What’s he studying?

M:He’s finishing up a special continuing education program for executives. He can continue working, taking a few classes here and there, and in two years he’ll complete his MBA.

F:Sounds like a tiring schedule. He’s probably got a lot of homework too, eh?

M:The classes have him out of the office, so that’s stressful for him. But as far as homework goes, it’s a breeze for him.

F:Why’s that?

M:He just has his secretary do his homework for him!

Dialogue 2

M:And now we’d like to welcome our honored speaker, Mario Donahue. Mr. Donahue is a seasoned Harvard MBA, not only does he come with a top notch degree, but also more than 20 years experience in business and business education. Mr. Donahue has led the MBA program development at our university, and will be able to share a great deal with you about business and administration tonight. Now, without further adieu, Mr. Donahue.

F:Thank you, thank you for that wonderful introduction, and thank you for the opportunity to talk to you tonight. An MBA degree doesn’t guarantee a successful business, but what it does guarantee is business experience and understanding of the way business works, The rest, my friends, is luck.
