(1) Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by negotiation between the two parties .If no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to arbitration in the country of defendant in accordance with the arbitration regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country .The decision made by the arbitration organization shall be taken as final and binding upon both parties.

The arbitration expenses shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the arbitration organization.

(2) The Buyers are requested to sign and return one copy of this sales confirmation immediately after receipt of the same. (1)仲裁：凡因与本合同有关事项或执行本合同所发的争执应当通过双方协商解决，若不能解决，应当提交被告所在国，依据被告所在国仲裁机构规则进行仲裁，仲裁机构的裁定是最终的，双方均有约束力。除仲裁机构另有裁定外，仲裁费由败诉方承担。

(2)买方收到成交确认书应立即回签一份。如有异议买方必须在收到成交确认书5日内提出，否则视买方已接受成交确认书的条款。
