1 Killed in Rocket Attack in Afghan Capital
阿富汗首都遭火箭袭击致一人身亡
One civilian was killed and three were wounded Tuesday morning when four rockets slammed downtown Afghan capital Kabul, police said.

"Four rockets were fired through a mobile telephone set from Dah Sabz, an area in northern edge of Kabul, at about 6:40 a.m. local time and one was hit by a vehicle running along a road in Maslakh area in police district 9, killing one person and injuring three other commuters," the Kabul police said in a statement.
四枚火箭由Dah Sabz区的移动电话于当地时间早上6:40引爆。Dah Sabz是位于喀布尔北部的边境小城。其中一个击中行驶于Maslakh地区的汽车，导致一人死亡，并伤及其他三位行人。
It said two other rockets were landed in Kabul International Airport and the last one hit the office building of a local TV channel Shamshad TV in police district 2, causing no casualties and damages to the facilities.

The police has found and defused another rocket in the same area, it added.

The Shamshad TV is located around 4 km south of Afghan Presidential Palace and the main NATO headquarters in the city with around 4 million population.

Several government agency buildings, including defense ministry compound, were also located near the scene.

The government troops immediately cordoned off the area shortly after the blasts.

No group claimed responsibility for the attacks, but Taliban suspects routinely claim responsibility for such attacks.
