解释TLP现象三个理论
1 不是真实的现象，而是observational errors
2 由于meteor striking引起的光
3 月球表面有会发光的rocks
Lecture：
1 如果因为instrument设计引起的问题，那么TLP应该发生randomly;但是所有的TLP的发现都集中在月球表面的location
2 Meteor striking的光只能维持一秒钟，但是TLP维持二十分钟。虽然meteor striking(流星雨)的维持持久，所有TLP发现的时候，月球并没有流星雨
3 rocks虽然能发光，但是他们的光很弱。研究人员一般在晚上滚差，本身不发光的月球会发射sunlight比rock的光bright。所有人们无法观察到。用了个比喻好像在power light面前看不到candle的光。
